How do I get the images after I purchase a license on modacycle.com?

If you order licenses for 1-10 different images, the high resolution files will be sent via email.
If you order licenses for more than 10 different images, you will be emailed a download link for a password-protected zip file.
Order processing is not fully automated. Our staff reviews each order before manually transmitting image files.

What is the refund policy?

If you purchased a license in error, you may attempt to send us an email before the order is processed. However, once a high resolution image file has been emailed or uploaded for your order, no refund is possible. If you made an error in the type of license ordered, you may contact us to request a license conversion, but only for a license of higher value.
