Event Photography Management - Want great pictures, but don't want to think about it? We provide full photo and video crews for fashion shows and other major events. modaCYCLE photographers are highly experienced. We have local crews in New York, Los Angeles, New Zealand, Holland, Germany, and Switzerland, and can readily dispatch teams around the world on relatively short notice.

Press Captains - Avoid chaos and confusion when you invite the press. We can dispatch a dedicated senior photographer who will work with your security and PR teams to manage the photographers and videographers sent to your event by the media. This person will help the press get the coverage they need, answer their technical questions, and keep them out of your hair. A press captain is always included in our Event Photography Management service.

Runway Lighting Consultations - Runway photos look their best when the runway is lit properly. Most smaller shows, and some of the larger ones, suffer from a lack of understanding by otherwise well qualified lighting technicians of the unique requirements involved in lighting a fashion show. Runway and red carpet lighting calls for very different techniques from standard cinema, theatrical, or night club lighting. Our veteran fashion photographers can consult with your lighting designer to fill them in on the specific needs of the press, so every shot of your show by every photographer in the press pit is as good as it can possibly be. We also have access to vendor discounts from several rental houses, so our consultation service actually pays for itself. A basic lighting consultation is always included in our Event Photography Management service We can bring in an experienced lighting designer if needed.

Editorial Packages - Not sure about fashion, but want the consumers it attracts? modaCYCLE's creative team makes publising a few pages about fashion simple, by providing package deals on specially selected images accompanied by descriptive blurbs about each image and a well-written feature that ties everything together.
